Jesse is a clinical mental health counselor with a passion for helping children, teens and adults who are struggling in these areas. Using his 10+ years of experience in the field, he tailors each session based on his unique needs and rely on evidence-based interventions. He believes in a collaborative approach to therapy, and will work with you to identify your strengths and build upon them, while also addressing areas of challenge.
Jesse knows that seeking help can be difficult! He appreciates that you are on that path. In his practice he works hard to build a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust and respect.
He utilizes a combination of evidence based therapies including: talk therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Collaborative and Proactive Solutions and mindfulness practices to help his clients develop the skills and tools to cope with life's challenges and improve their overall well-being. He is committed to creating a safe, caring and supportive environment where his clients can feel heard, validated, and understood.
