Julie is a licensed social worker.  Julie received a Bachelor's in Social Work and Psychology from Miami University and her Master's degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University.  Julie has worked in the field for over 20 years.  Throughout the years she has worked with many diverse populations. Her areas of specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and substance use disorder. Julie utilizes many evidence-based interventions including CBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. Julie believes in helping clients by capitalizing on their strengths and meeting them where they are. She also believes that everyone deserves access to therapy and the benefits that it provides.
