Tiara is passionate about reframing and healing past traumas and experiences in order to develop and grow into the healthiest version of yourself. She aims to help you create a healthy relationship with yourself first and foremost so that you can have healthier personal, social and professional relationships in your life. She takes a strength based approach that views you and your family holistically in order to produce personalized results.

She specializes in trauma, abuse, and relationship issues.

She is a Licensed Social Worker with a Master’s Degree from The Ohio State University. She has worked in the nonprofit sector for homelessness prevention, domestic violence, and community mental health.
