About Ashley

I strive to meet people where they are, recognizing that healing does not happen in isolation. Our experiences are deeply shaped by the systems we navigate, the identities we hold, and the challenges we face in a world that often does not make space for us. My therapeutic approach is informed by intersectional, trauma-responsive, and neurodivergent-affirming care, combining elements of relational therapy, narrative therapy, self-compassion practices, mindfulness, and attachment-based approaches. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and I tailor my work to each person’s unique needs and strengths, centering their autonomy and lived experience in the process.

I am passionate about creating a space where people feel truly seen, heard, and valued. My work is rooted in deep respect for personal autonomy, self-determination, and the understanding that healing is not about what is broken—because you are not broken. My role is to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, navigate life’s complexities, and cultivate self-trust and empowerment.
I am committed to providing a nonjudgmental, affirming, and accessible space for all clients. My approach is grounded in anti-oppressive, LGBTQIA+-affirming, neurodivergent-affirming, and trauma-responsive values.
