About Bridget

I've always been fascinated by psychology, understanding how our minds work, how our experiences shape us, and what helps us grow into our most authentic selves. I believe every person has the capacity for healing and change, and I feel honored to walk alongside clients as they release the pain of past experiences, rediscover their strengths, and embrace who they are.

I especially enjoy working with young adults as they navigate life's transitions, relationships, identity, and the overwhelming emotions that can come with this stage of life. I am also passionate about supporting trauma survivors, helping clients heal from childhood wounds and difficult life experiences through inner child and parts work in a compassionate, empowering environment.

My approach is relaxed, collaborative, and authentic. Therapy can be challenging, especially trauma work, but it can also be incredibly rewarding. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable bringing your whole self, knowing there is no judgment. Sessions are conversational and interactive, allowing us to explore what's weighing
on you together. While the work can be emotionally demanding, many clients leave feeling lighter, more hopeful, and better equipped to
move forward.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy solving puzzles, reading, and traveling to the beach as ways to recharge. Spending time with my husband, children, close friends, and pets helps me stay grounded and connected so I can continue showing up fully for the people I serve.
