DIANA AZARYAN
Diana (she/her), a 1.5 generation immigrant (ethnically Armenian, born in Azerbaijan but raised in the US), SWANA woman, and someone in an intercultural marriage. She brings a unique blend of lived experiences and cultural perspective to her therapeutic space and work.
Diana is passionate about working with adult children of immigrants, BIPOC communities, and couples from mixed backgrounds. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, or relationship challenges, she's here to help on your healing journey.
Her approach is eclectic and collaborative, blending person-centered, emotionally focused, and relational techniques to create a culturally informed, trauma-sensitive space. She utilizes techniques across ACT, Narrative, SFBT, and Feminist theories to tailor a plan that works best for my clients.
