Gabby is a master’s level licensed social worker. She earned her BA in psychology in 2019 and her master of social work in 2023, both from The Ohio State University. Gabby works with young children, adolescents, and teens from a diverse set of backgrounds. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, school issues, ADHD, and more! She uses approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused CBT, person-centered therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, as well as play-based and art-based activities. Gabby is intentional about using a culturally sensitive, trauma-responsive, empathetic approach. Gabby strives to create an environment conducive to therapeutic change through building a trusting therapeutic relationship, using active listening, and providing a non-judgmental space.
