About Gabby

I have always been drawn to helping others, and my own life-changing experiences with therapy inspired me to become a therapist. I know firsthand the impact that compassionate support can have, and I feel honored to help clients work toward their goals, discover meaningful insights, and build confidence in their ability to create lasting change.

I am especially passionate about working with children and adolescents, a population I believe deserves dedicated support and advocacy. I enjoy helping young people develop the tools they need to navigate life's challenges, build resilience, strengthen their self-confidence, and learn to advocate for themselves. I also value partnering closely with caregivers to support each child's growth both inside and outside of therapy.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client's unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy while placing a strong emphasis on building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I believe meaningful change begins when clients feel safe, accepted, and empowered to be themselves.

In our sessions, you can expect a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you are encouraged to lead the conversation and explore what feels most important to you. I believe clients are the experts on their own lives, and I strive to honor each person's strengths, experiences, and goals throughout the therapeutic process. When working with children, I incorporate play-based and creative interventions to make therapy engaging, developmentally appropriate, and accessible.

Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, exploring local coffee shops and small businesses, and spending time outdoors.
