Jashala specializes in addiction counseling, anxiety and life transitions, and has experience with adolescents and adults. She believes in the courage and strength that it takes for an individual to reach out for extra support and appreciates the amount of vulnerability that a person shows in therapy.

Jashala utilizes a person-centered approach focusing on a person’s natural strengths and abilities to over come the internal and life struggles that are faced. Creating a safe and supportive environment to help empower and strengthen a client’s overall wellbeing is at the center of her therapeutic approach.

Jashala is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, obtaining her undergraduate degree in 2015 from Tiffin University and her Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Dayton University in 2020.
