About Katie

Kathryn (Katie) Kraft is a Licensed Professional Counselor with her Master’s Degree in both Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and Clinical Psychology.

 

Katie’s primary concern as a provider is cultivating a genuine and emotionally safe environment for her clients. She sees
primarily adults 18+. Katie works with a variety of presenting issues ranging from relationship concerns, anxiety, panic, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, and PTSD. She was originally trained to utilize CBT and DBT-informed interventions.

 

More recently, Katie was trained in EMDR and has found this intervention to be especially helpful to her clients. She is also focused
on integrating more body-based and polyvagal-informed interventions into her practice.
