Kyle (she/her/hers) specializes in anxiety, OCD, trauma and parent-child conflict, and has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Painful symptoms often carry important messages about an individual's unmet needs.
Kyle works with her clients to explore and respond to these messages in a new, and healthy way. Regardless of history and symptoms, Kyle believes that all clients have innate, internal resources necessary for wellness and growth. She is also passionate about creatively integrating the client's strengths and interests into the sessions.
