MIKAYLA HARRIS

Mikayla is a counselor trainee pursuing her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health
Counseling at the University of Dayton. As she studied psychology at Ohio Dominican
University, she developed an appreciation for the field as a whole, but found that her competence
lies in being a vessel for understanding and processing the human experience, leading to the
extension of compassion and grace to others. Mikayla aims to be a source of support, employing
a person-centered approach that helps clients feel empowered to create the growth and healing
that they seek. Mikayla values creating a soft place to land where clients can expect warmth,
authenticity, and empathy in their time with her.
