RILEIGH KNOTTS
Rileigh Knotts (she/her) is a licensed social worker who earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from The Ohio State University in Columbus. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, personalized, and rooted in trust, with an emphasis on creating a supportive space where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered.
Rileigh draws from strengths-based and trauma-informed frameworks, integrating elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support her clients in reaching their goals. She believes in meeting people where they are with authenticity, compassion, and care.
Outside of her clinical work, Rileigh enjoys spending time with friends, trying out new recipes, staying active through CrossFit, and unwinding with a good book or show. She finds inspiration in nature and values creativity in both her personal and professional life.
