ANGER MANAGEMENT CLASS
As anger is an adaptive human mechanism, instead of trying to eliminate anger, the purpose of the class is to understand and change our relationship with anger to better manage the intense feelings it produces.
Anger management is not about learning how to stop feeling angry. It is about widening the gap between stimulus and response so we can act in a manner congruent with who we believe we are.
