As founder and CEO of Modern Therapy, Shana's passion is helping you work through the heartaches of relationships problems, break-ups, and divorces. Understanding the pain and hopelessness that comes with a break up, Shana will work with you on finding the confidence to start a new beginning. Many of us struggle with codependency and past relationship traumas which carry over and affect our current relationships. Shana uses EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a powerful, empirically supported, comprehensive psychotherapy which helps us heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of our life experiences. With over 20 years experience, Shana recognizes the courage it takes to seek out help.
Shana is licensed as a Supervising Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor Clinical Supervisor. Shana received her undergraduate degrees from Purdue University and her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Ball State University.
BRIANNA BADENHOP, LPC
Bri works collaboratively with you to help you realize your full potential and improve satisfaction with ourselves, our partners, and our lives. Bri is one of the few therapists in the area who specializes in sex therapy, sexual identity/orientation, relationship structures, sexual dysfunctions, and kink/BDSM.
Bri is a Licensed Professional Counselor, and actively pursuing AASECT certification. Bri received her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and her Master's Degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from College of William & Mary.
BRIDGET LOWE, LPC
Bridget sees our personal journey through life is what shapes us to who we have become today. Bridget helps you understand the root cause of our present issues. Bridget works with clients in both individual and group settings to address trauma and abuse recovery. Aaron is a licensed professional counselor. He earned his undergraduate psychology degree from The Ohio State University and his Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Dayton.
