Westerville

Growing up comes with challenges, and sometimes kids and teens need extra support to navigate emotions, relationships, and life changes. We provide a safe, welcoming space where young clients can express themselves, build coping skills, and feel understood. Using developmentally appropriate approaches, including play-based and talk therapy, we help children and teens work through concerns like anxiety, behavior challenges, school stress, and self-esteem. We also collaborate with caregivers to support growth both in and outside of sessions, helping young people feel more confident, resilient, and supported.

Trauma can show up in ways that feel overwhelming or hard to explain. Through EMDR and trauma-informed care, we create a safe, supportive space to help you process what you’ve been through and move toward healing at your own pace.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) works by helping your brain reprocess distressing memories so they feel less intense and no longer hold the same impact in your day-to-day life. Using guided bilateral stimulation—such as eye movements or tapping—we help you safely revisit and shift how those experiences are stored, allowing for greater relief, clarity, and a stronger sense of control moving forward.
