Does navigating responsibilities of work, home, and social obligations leave you feeling
overwhelmed? Have you found yourself struggling to feel genuine happiness or find that
social situations leave you feeling drained? Are you the parent of a child with unique
needs that often feels overwhelmed, isolated, and left with little energy for yourself? Do
your neurotypical tendencies make navigating social cues, effectively communicating
your needs, and executive function tasks a challenge? Are life transitions making you
feel anxious and uncertain? If you can identify with any of these situations, I would love
the opportunity to assist.

As a social worker I recognize the therapeutic value of meeting my clients where they
are, while also making sure they feel comfortable, accepted, and heard. I offer
telehealth services that allow for convenient appointments accessible from the
environment of your choosing. We will work together to explore strategies and develop
tools that will support your growth on this journey while working towards goals that are
important to you.

I have over 20 years’ experience in the social work field, providing services to
individuals from various backgrounds. I have a passion for working with adults with
ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as parents of children with unique needs.
I am currently accepting new patients, so please reach out if you are interested in
scheduling an appointment.
