situations are difficult to navigate and often leave you feeling drained? Are you the
parent of a child with unique needs that often feels overwhelmed, isolated, and left with
little energy at the end of the day for yourself after being an advocate, caregiver, and
cheerleader for your child? Do your neurotypical tendencies make understanding
social cues, effectively communicating your needs, and executive function tasks a
challenge? Are you facing life transitions that leave you feeling anxious and uncertain?
Have you experienced negative relationships in the past and wish to break this cycle for
your future? If you can identify with any of these situations, Rhonda would love the opportunity
to assist.
As a social worker she recognizes the therapeutic value of meeting her clients where they
are, while also making sure they feel comfortable, accepted, and heard. She offers
telehealth services that allow for convenient appointments accessible from the
environment of your choosing. You will work together to explore strategies and develop
tools that will support your growth on this journey while working towards goals that are
important to you.
Rhonda has worked in the social work field for over 20 years with individuals from a variety of
backgrounds. She has a passion for working with adults that have tendencies associated
with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder and Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as
parents of children with unique needs. Additionally, she has experience assisting with
depression, anxiety, stress management, grief and loss, adjusting to life changes,
career transitions, relationship difficulties, and confidence issues. She am currently
