BRIDGET LOWE

Bridget sees our personal journey through life is what shapes us to who we have become today. Bridget helps you understand the root cause of our present issues.  Bridget works with clients in both individual and group settings to address trauma and abuse recovery. Bridget also uses EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a powerful, empirically supported, comprehensive psychotherapy which helps us heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of our life experiences.

Bridget is an independently Licensed Professional Counselor and holds her Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University.
