Sarah recently graduated with a master’s in counseling and has an undergraduate degree in social work. Sarah has worked in the field of health and human services for 20+ years with 5+ years specifically in counseling. She enjoys working with people to discover their best life through decreasing symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression. Sarah is welcoming new clients of all ages and demographics at this time.
