Erin provides psychotherapy services to couples, families, and individuals, utilizing evidence-based interventions including CBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic therapy. Erin is passionate about providing holistic behavioral health services that fit the unique needs of the individual, couple, or family that she is treating. Erin believes in always collaborating with clients and meeting the client where they are by utilizing personal strengths of individuals to reach personal goals. Erin specializes in working with client’s who are experiencing life transitions, relationship issues/challenges, chronic illness, complex grief/bereavement, and anxiety. Erin is committed to assisting clients in learning healthy coping techniques to improve quality of life and to assist in developing healthier interpersonal skills and relationships.
Erin is a licensed social worker, obtaining her undergraduate degree in 2020 from The Ohio State University, and her master’s degree in clinical social work from The Ohio State University in 2021. Erin has experience working with diverse populations in a clinical therapy setting, medical setting, and crisis setting. Erin has received advance training in crisis intervention and psychodynamic therapy.
